You can request deletion of your KieliValmis account and associated eligible learning data. KieliValmis is the new customer-facing name for the existing Floently Finnish learning service.
How to request deletion
Email support@floently.com from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject “Delete my KieliValmis account”, include the account email address, and confirm that you want the account deleted.

We will delete your account profile, stored learning progress and practice history, and submitted practice content associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons. App-store subscription history may remain with Apple or Google under their own rules.
Subscriptions
Deleting your KieliValmis account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store where you purchased it.
Deleting the app is not account deletion
Removing the mobile app from your device does not delete your account. Use the account-deletion request process when you want the account and eligible associated data deleted.
