KieliValmis is a Floently product operated by Komplyint Oy. KieliValmis is the new customer-facing name for the Finnish-learning service previously presented as Floently Finnish. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the service on web, iOS or Android.
Information we collect
We may process account information, learning activity and progress, spoken practice you choose to submit, subscription entitlement information, and technical information such as device type, app version, diagnostics and security events.
How we use information
We use information to provide the learning service, preserve progress, support Finnish and YKI practice, provide feedback and roleplay, maintain subscription access, improve reliability and security, and respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.
Third-party services
KieliValmis may use trusted providers for authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, language processing and email support. Providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your KieliValmis account and associated eligible learning data. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, payment or dispute purposes.
Brand transition and account continuity
The change from Floently Finnish to KieliValmis is a customer-facing rebrand of the existing service, not a transfer to a separate account system. Existing accounts, progress and subscriptions continue on the same service infrastructure.
